During COVID, he was given the opportunity to work closely with Carmen, traveling throughout the eastern half of the country, learning about missing animal behavior and assisting pet owners in need during the lockdown.
John has also completed the MARN Field Technician course. His original tracking dog, K9 Duck (retired) amassed a great record of success and his current dog, K9 Goose, has built an impressive career of his own, assisting throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Megan McDaniel
Megan initially came to Professional Pet Trackers when she lost her own cat, Milo- who was recovered with the assistance of K9 Rose. From that point forward she knew that she wanted to be able to assist others going through similar situations.
To say Megan is a people person would be an understatement. Her outgoing personality paired with her love for all animals is an amazing asset to our team. Megan is our “Director of First Impressions” - she is the first point of contact when we receive requests for assistance. She is able to provide tips and help lost pet owners navigate their search, as well as evaluate each case to determine which course of action would be best suited for the individual pet. She is actively involved in the Missing Animal Response Network, furthering her understanding of lost pet behavior.
